No Race Based Congressional Caucus Should Receive any Taxpayer Money, Period!

by @ 11:21 am. Filed under Nuts on Parade

La Shawn Barber has a post up about how the Congressional Black refuses to allow any non-Blacks into their bunch of Civil Rights Industry protection schemes. Even Whites elected in majority Black districts are excluded. It’s total racial bigotry at the highest levels of our government.

But my problem is with the fact these race based caucuses are funded with taxpayer dollars. There’s also an Hispanic caucus and an Asian Pacific American caucus too. All groups pandering to members of the Civil Rights Industry, by playing on emotions in the name of race. They exclude and are race centric, while claiming to strive for “equality”. What a load of crap! Given federal law prevents discrimination based on race, our taxpayer dollars should not be used to fund any such entity. No congressional body using race as a factor for its existence should receive any taxpayer funds. I don’t care if they use it as a factor for who can be a member or the group they chose to represent. And God help you if you’re White and live in a district represented by a member of a race based caucus. I guess you have to live a life of taxation without representation, on account of being born in the wrong skin for them.

If they want to have little race based meetings and pander to the Civil Rights Industry in an age where Civil Rights has already been codified, they should not be doing it on my dime.

And just you wait until Keith Ellison/Hakim/X Ellison/Ellison-Muhammad wants a religious based caucus! He’s already spun the story of Thomas Jefferson’s Koran, so it’s only a matter of time, if more Muslims go to Congress. Do you wish to fund a Sharia Caucus? Or an Islamic Caucus? Or a Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) Caucus?

It’s time to stop this madness while it’s race centric, because if it’s not stopped now it will get worse. It’s time to cut this list of US Congressional Caucuses down a bit. Most are nothing but tools for special interest groups. And ridding ourselves of many of them will save taxpayer dollars.
