Listen to this NPR broadcast that mentions Jesse Jackson said that if their demands to setup voting booths in other large cities or delay the vote were not met, that there would be lawsuits challenging the election afterward. Those demands were never met.
OK Jesse, you can file your lawsuits first thing Monday morning!
Let’s see how many of those supposed disenfranchised voters they go crying about now. Let’s see if they claim that the results are not valid.
Well he won and what’s done is done. All we can do now is pray that he does a better job if another hurricane hits that city. Although I think the concept of rebuilding the city in the same danger prone area is a bit insane.
